Isolasi dan Karakterisasi Mikroba Perakaran dari Berbagai Lahan di Wonogiri sebagai Kandidat Agen Bioremediasi dan Pupuk Organik Hayati
It has been done a series of studies aimed to finding microbes indogenus from of Wonogiri area as agents of bioremediation and bio-organic fertilizer. The activities begins with exploration and calculation of microbial rooting paddy fields, Teak plantation and Sugar cane of Wonogiri. Isolation of microbial performed on 4 kinds of specific media that is protease (for microbial proteolytic), pikoskaya (phosphate-solubilizing bacteria), NFB (for fastening microbial N fixing) and TSB (for microbial producing IAA). Colonies that grew on specific media is then isolated and purified. Futhermore pure isolates tested for its ability as a phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, degradation of pesticides (propoksur), and the ability to produce IAA. Calculation results indicate that the microbial population of microbes that have an indication as proteolytic microbes, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, N fixation and IAA-producing on agricultural land is quite good, ranging from 105-106 CFU / g soil. From 29 isolates of bacteria isolated phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, 5 isolates showed ability as a high phosphate-solubilizing bacteria qualitatively. From 8 bacterial isolates of bacteria that have indications able to grow on media containing propoxur, 3 of which demonstrated the ability to grow quite high and able to degrade propoksur. Six (6) bacterial isolates were able to produce IAA but the production were relatively low, ranging from 3-6 ppm. Seminar Nasional Biologi.
