Jenis Tumbuhan Paku-Pakuan Berpotensi di Gunung Slamet, Baturraden, Jawa Tengah

Baturraden Recreation Park is located in Central Java, on the foothill of Mount Slamet. The top of Mount Slamet is protected nature reserve. Then on the foothill are protected forest areas which cover of Agathis borneensis trees. Under the Agathis borneensis trees, the ground mostly covers of terrestrial ferns. Lots of ferns are potential for ornamental plant, and some of them can be used as medicinal plant and also for vegetables. Some species which are used for medicinal plants by local people are Angiopteris evecta, Acrostichum aureum, Trichomanesiavanica and Huperzia phlegmaria. While the vegetable's fern are Diplazium sp.
