Pelestarian Majegau (Dysoxylum caulostachyum) flora identitas Propinsi Bali

Conservation effort, as well as to preserve the sustainability of Majegau (Dysoxylum caulostachyum) plant through multiplication of this plant using invitro culture method. This research was aimed to obtain the suitable medium to enhance germination of the seed and seedling production. The result this research as only 22 seeds out of 80 bottles (4 treatments and 4 replications) capable to grow root and bud. From the descriptive results, it was found that root and bud grew faster on Murashige-Skoog medium minus Gibberelin, also on medium enhanced by Gibberelin with 5 and 10 ppm concentrations.
