Pemeliharaan Kura-kura Perut Merah (Emydura subglobosa) di Kolam Penangkaran
The attempt to breed Red-bellied Short-necked Turtle (Emydura subglobosai) was success after being reared for 16 years. The turtle layed eggs five untill eight times per year. The clutches sizes varied from 5 to 10 eggs. The eggs have the average weight of 10.85 grams with the diameter of 36.73 x 22.31 mm. The incubation periods were last between 40 to 58 days. The weight of hatchling was around 4.93 grams and the dimension of carapace was about 30.95 x 26.48 mm Fauna Indonesia, 2016 Vol.15(2): 50-55
