Kajian Habitat Hoya Purpureofusca Hook.F. Di Resort Situgunung

Hoya purpureofusca Hook.f. are found in several locations in the Situ Gunung, Mount Gede Pangrango National Park, West java, Indonesia. Study of habitat condition especially on vegetation composition including epiphytes was conducted to determine the optimum condition of the natural habitat of this species. The observaton was done by using purposive random sampling methods, and comparision between occupied and non occupied location. The presence of large and strong woody plants by the moderate canopy cover was the most best habitat for this species. The presence of other epiphytes especially Asplenium nidusis was doubled the preference habitat of this species. Prosiding Seminar Nasional Biodiversitas IV. Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya.
